Japanese Food

Send my love to Japan please ;) Well, of course for having Japanese food in this world. Sushi, in particular. Hehe. Oh! Also for takoyaki, it is one of my faves, too. If one day I get the chance to visit Japan, I'll eat the best takoyaki sold in Japan. I am just wondering how it tastes originally since we have different kinds here. Okay, let's get back :D

On Monday, I had japanese food for dinner with Jo and his brother. We enjoyed our time together and had a fun night. His brother is literally obsessed with Japan anime and is craving for Japanese food. After lots of consideration where to take him to, we opted for one of the famous restaurants in the city.

1. Tamago Tobiko

This is my first time trying it. The taste is quite okay. Sweet, but not too sweet.
2. Tobiko gunkan

I like the way it pops. Haha. It's just funny to pop everything in your mouth :p
3. Salmon sashimi

Argghhh... the best for me! >.< It just feels like you are eating jelly
4. Tempura
5. Jumbo Dragon Roll
6. Tuna Salad Crispy Mentai

One of my faves, too. Tuna mentai on the top of the sushi is so delicious.
7. Ice cream (I forget the exact name x.x)

This is also new to me. Tastes very good with a thin strip of chocolate inside.

I hope you enjoy the post and have fun on your weekend. See you soon xx

Skin Update: Acne

I've been going through this acne problem for last few weeks. Fyi, my acne always grow in the same spot all the time. YES, THE EXACT SPOT! It's no matter if it is only one (although it has driven me crazy because it ain't small). But it keeps growing and growing. From one to two to three at each place. Each one is a fat one. It makes my face red. In addition, it also wants my nose. Can you imagine?Big one appears on the nose and I'll become Rudolf asap if I'm not closing the deal.

First, I was so overwhelmed that I didn't know what to do with it except picking on my acnes. And I want to tell you that it is a BIG NO! You should never ever pick on it. What I feel was that my acnes was not recovering, instead it got even bigger and worse. All reddish and big acnes were all over my cheeks, chin, and nose. It, then, developed its kingdom on my forehead. Cool!! (oh no! it is not cool at all).Just after that, I thought it's time to stop it.

Then I started to stop the urge on picking it, and do spot treatment. I put my acne medication that I usually use. And keep faith that it will get well soon if only I don't pick it and don't touch it with dirty hands. I have been doing the treatment religiously every night for 4 days now and be grateful. Some of them have disappear. If you touch it, you won't know there was an acne there before because it really goes flat. Real flat. I was amazed when I found it like that. Haha. Like how can it be? Well, I know it still leaves big red mark but we'll work it out later. Others are on their way. I hope it will get flat sooner.

Are you always getting your acne in the same spot? or is it just me? hmm..

Jazz Music Concert

Three men with different voices connected into one group called TRIO LESTARI. They are Glenn Fredly (middle), Tompi (black shirt), and Sandhy Sondoro (black sunnies).

Glenn Fredly has been famous for his romantic songs. He has been a singer since I was small, so his popularity really gets the crowd. He has that 'romantic' feel in his voice. No wonder everytime he sang a song, everybody was screaming real loud.

Tompi is a jazz singer. He is the reason I watched this show. I like his song. Jazz, but still easy listening. He has that specialty to mumble (can I say mumble?) notes. No lyrics, only the quickie notes. It looks super cool!

The last one is Sandhy Sondoro. He is a newbie compared to the other two in Indonesia's entertainment industry, but you can't underestimate his quality. He has that 'husky' amazing voice to be listened to. And to listen to his song live really makes me fall for his voice.

They brought up "musical concert" as their concept. It was a lot of fun. They told jokes, teased each other, but still maintain to sing wonderful songs. In the middle, they surprised us by bringing out Desta, the comedian. Overall the concert was nice and worth it. If only they can sing a lot more songs, it would be better :D

Lovey Dovey

Hello everyone :) This post is kinda different from the other ones. But I think it's 'important' to have it in our lives. It's L.O.V.E

Love is universal. Almost all people manage to find their true loves, no matter who they are. It needs time, of course to find your true one. Lucky you if you meet yours at your first relationship. Most people don't. Neither do I. But, it's okay because at last I have met mine and I'm so grateful.

I congrat you who have find your true love. We know it's never easy but it's certainly worth it. For those who haven't met yours, don't be sad. Your prince is on his way coming to your life. You just have to wait ;) He will come. Just prepare yourself. While waiting for him, I suggest you to focus on loving yourself. It doesn't mean that you don't before. I mean you have to appreciate and figure out what you want. Love you for who you are. Because if you don't  love yourself, who else will? You will feel a lot more happier.

And in the matter of time, someone will come to your life without you realizing it. ;)

P.S. I love you (you know who you are :p)

StupidityStory #1

Last week, I went for a movie with some friends. They choose The Amazing Spiderman 2 to watch. Anyway, my stupidity doesn't do anything with the movie at all.

Before I came in to the theater, my friends and I order some snacks and drinks outside and ask the staff whether they can deliver those things to us inside. They say they can and so all of us going to the studio. We were late like for few minutes. The movie has already started.

A moment later, I noticed why our drinks haven't come yet while others have received their orders. It has been so long and at that time I felt like I wanted to drink. The studio was very cold and I thought a cup of hot tea will do good. When my hot tea finally came, it came with a paper cup and a pack of something which I thought is sugar. It was dark and I was afraid I would miss the storyline, so I just sipped directly from the paper cup. "Hot tea always does its job" is my thought at that time.

In the end, the movie finished, and I thought it should be better if I drank all of the tea before I went home. I have stopped drinking it in the middle of the movie because it was very cold and I need to go to the restroom. Then how surprised I was to see that the tea was clear. I mean clear like water -.- Jreng! Jreng! Everything came into places. It's for sure what i have been drinking during the movie was only hot water and that pack that I think was sugar was not sugar but the ACTUAL tea pack. No wonder I thought why the tea had no flavor whereas I have chosen camomile flavor.

Banana Pizza

Another healthy meal post :D yay!!  You are going out with some friends and are currently on your diet? Don't worry at all ;)

Because you can opt for "banana pizza" instead of pepperoni pizza as a healthy option. It is topped with banana, chocolate sauce, and cashew nuts. Banana is a good source of pottasium (which promotes healthier bone) and magnesium. This helps you maintain your blood pressure in control, too.

I'm not gonna lie, chocolate sauce is delicious and definitely makes the pizza taste sweeter, but fyi banana is already loaded with natural sugar. So if you are on diet, and want to cut down some sugar intake, you may choose strawberry flavor. Of course, as a nut lover, full-topping of cashew nuts really makes me love this pizza even more <3 What should I say anymore? Haha.

Thumbs up for the creator of this pizza :D
